Infrastructure and Joint Sealing

Most structures are subject to leaks at some point during their useful life. Joints can be particularly vulnerable but with the help of polyurethane, those leaks can be remedied in an efficient manner.

Stop Leaks Without Stopping Your Business
Polyurethane injection is a non-invasive repair method that can be completed quickly and without disrupting daily operations.

Seal Off Your Leaks With Chemical Grouting

When your joints or infrastructure leaks our solution can help seal it off and prevent further damage. We use a chemical grouting to create a waterproof layer that keeps your infrastructure safe.

See How We Helped

About Polyurethane Injection

Our polyurethane foam jacking application helps densify and compact the soils beneath concrete slabs to adequately support the structure and/or increase the soil’s overall weight-bearing. Our process is fast, simple, and non-disruptive, ensuring it works well. No matter where it needs to be done.

Benefits of Polyurethane Injection

Versatile

Can be used in a variety of projects like trenchless foundation lifting, sewer repair, and more.

Lightweight

Restores stability and doesn't add additional stress to the surrounding soil.

Flexible

Moves freely into cracks and voids in soil allowing it to reinforce more soil than other methods.

Strong

Binds low-fine granular soil into a sandstone mass, removing the need to replace the soil itself.

Our Process

1
Prep
We insert 1/2” steel rods into weak soil zones.
2
Injection
Then we inject our high-density structural polyurethane foam.
3
Cure
The foam then solidifies, converting the loose soil into a monolithic mass.

About Expansive Soil Treatment

By adjusting the ionic balance, AGSS-ICS Ionic Clay Soil Stabilizer improves soil properties and performance, reducing the risk of erosion, settling, and collapsing.

Benefits of Expansive Soil Treatment

Strengthens

This procedure enhances load-bearing capacity and cohesion and reduces cracking and fragmentation.

Protects

Ionic clay soil stabilizers decrease soil porosity, increase water resistance, prevent damage from water infiltration, and improve drainage.

Environmentally Friendly

Our eco-friendly methods & materials greatly reduce the impact of the soil stabilization process on the environment.

Convenient

Our Expansive Soil Treatment can be completed either before or after the construction process.

Our Process

1
Prep
The soil is prepared by clearing debris and scarifying the surface to improve soil/treament bonding.
2
Application
The AGSS-ICS solution is evenly distributed using specialized equipment.
3
Activation
The AGSS-ICS solution is reactivated with water, causing clay particles to bond and form a stronger soil structure.

Carbon Fiber Composite Repair

Carbon fiber, a composite known for its strength and lightweight nature, allows us to extend the life of load-bearing structures in a cost-effective manner by binding and encapsulating the affected area.

Benefits of Carbon Fiber Composite Repair

Strong & Lightweight

This method is ideal for repairing foundations without adding additional weight and stress to the structure.

Convenient

Repairs can be completed with minimal disruption to the building or everyday activities.

Extend Structure Life

Carbon Fiber Composite can improve the stability and strength of older buildings, ensuring they meet current regulations.

Durable

Carbon Fiber Composite resists corrosion, decay and weathering - the perfect material for repairs that lasts.

Our Process

1
Prep
First, we remove paint and pressure wash the area to prepare the surface for the epoxy.
2
Application
Once prepared, we lay carbon fiber saturated with a high-strength epoxy to attach to the surface.
3
Cure
Then we use UV light to harden the epoxy, binding the saturated carbon fiber to the surface and protecting it.

About Corrugated Metal Pipe Repair

We’re able to repair and reinforce corrugated metal pipes that have rusted, leading to leaks that erode the supporting soil causing greater damage and larger leaks.

Benefits of Corrugated Metal Pipe Repair

Lightweight

Prevents sinkholes by reinforcing the soil around the pipes.

Versatile

Waterproof method allows it to be used for storm drains, sewage erosion, and water runoff.

Flexible

Does not require replacement of pipes or the digging of trenches.

Strong

Seals the pipes from future rust.

Our Process

1
Repair
We clear the area of debris and place overlay sheets in a shingle pattern.
2
Reinforce
We then inject our foam through the sheets to reinforce the soil and seal the repaired pipes.
3
Cleanup
Extra foam is removed with hand tools and disposed of before inspecting the area for completeness.
