CST is the most experienced provider of the Polymer injection process for Foundation Repair. The system is used to stabilize weak and poorly compacted soils underneath your structures slab. We do this by drilling small 5/8″ holes around and through the slab (as appropriate) and insert metal tubes into the weak soil zones. We then inject a high-density structural polymer and compact and densify the soils, thereby forming a weight bearing, light weight structure underneath the slab.
The process is quick and cost-effective, and can be used in a variety of challenging environments, including:
