Licensed Professional Engineering Consultant
Concrete Stabilization Technologies, Inc. is the Rocky Mountain region’s #1 specialty contractor providing advanced solutions for soil stabilization, concrete lifting, pavement preservation, carbon fiber reinforcement, and infrastructure rehabilitation technologies. Our company is seeking a highly motivated Professional Engineer to join the team.
Duties:
Learn and educate others concerning technical aspects and unique advantages of CST’s specialized products and services.
Apply sound engineering principles and be able to communicate complex technical issues and concepts to clients.
Provide ongoing education of and relationship building within engineering community concerning CST’s technologies, processes, and products.
Develop potential strategic alliances with complimentary allies in the industry.
Design and develop specifications which distinguish CST’s products, and promote proprietary feature of these products.
Enthusiastically promote in the product advantages that CST’s Technologies and processes provide for soil stabilization, concrete lifting, pavement preservation, carbon fiber reinforcement and water control markets.
Develop and manage presentations for specifiers, engineers, managers, contractors and end-use customers to ensure effective marketing for the products.
Perform field investigations, engineering analysis, calculations and recommendations, observation and inspection, and the writing, preparation, and review of related reports for the services provided.
Work closely with sales force in development of new market segments. Provide ongoing sales, estimating, and design support for sales force.
Provide sales assistance as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum B.S. in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering.
2. 1 to 10+ years’ experience.
3. Minimum E.I.T. registration. P.E. preferred.
4. Experience in estimating.
5. Willingness to stay ahead of the industry challenge curve for new products and technology.
6. Excellent technical and written/verbal communication skills.
7. Self-motivated; and a strong desire to excel in engineering consulting.

9. Willing to travel as necessary to develop sales network and customer relationships.
10. Affiliation and participation with Professional Engineering Groups or other key industry organizations.
Additional preferred skills:
CAD, familiar with construction and building industry helpful.
